Supportive In-Home

All About You Residential Care provides Supportive In-Home Services for children and adults with developmental disabilities in the home and community. This is a structured program of care that meets the physical, emotional, health, and safety needs of the participants enrolled. Staff called Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) support and assist each individual with social contact, community integration, personal/self-help and training, behavior management, recreation/education, and person-centered living.

DSPs provide protection, guidance, and supervision in the home while working with the individual and implementing the objectives of the ISP. The ISP is reviewed and modified quarterly and/or as needed or when the individual’s life circumstances/assessment needs change.

Individual needs are discussed with the individual being served, his/her family or authorized representative/guardian, and his/her team members at the treatment planning meeting(s). The Individual Support Plan (ISP) is developed to meet the individual’s needs and implemented via trained staff.

Our staffing ratio is 1:1.
